Fellow Taurus here. Hello! Your words resonated with me especially the “I’m ready to dive into a new industry” sentiment. As a mid-career sustainability professional in that ‘other’ field (infrastructure), I’ve been looking at the apparel and fashion industry and thinking to myself “now wouldn’t it be interesting to go solve problems OVER THERE.” I find your excitement at sector-hopping interesting because to me, it really does feel like we need to get fashion fixed absolutely right now. Recently, I’ve been feeling as though I could spend the rest of my 30+ working years reducing the carbon impact of concrete on roadways and runways and yet those GHG savings tend to feel minuscule compared to billions of people clicking ‘add to cart’ every minute. Anyway, trade you?!
